### Description

The City of Fredericton is soliciting bids for the replacement and upgrade of the HVAC system at the Marysville Heritage Centre. The project scope includes replacing two existing ducted ventilation units and two mini-split units with new ducted heat pump units and electric heating coils to provide heating and air conditioning to the ground floor. Additional work includes adding heat recovery ventilators for fresh air, replacing washroom exhaust fans, installing a new mini-split heat pump for an office, and implementing a new DDC control system. The existing roof penetration for refrigerant piping will be demolished and resized to accommodate the new system. Bidders must attend a mandatory site and information meeting by appointment.
