### Description

The Santa Rosa Junior College Multicultural Museum (SRJCMM) intends to repatriate 29 cultural items that are considered sacred objects with cultural affiliation to Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. These items include 28 baskets and/or basketry hats and one string of Olivella Shell & Bugle trade beads. The objects were acquired through various donors, private collectors, families, museums, and historical organizations between 1980 and 2023. The repatriation may occur on or after October 16, 2026, and the items have a reasonable connection to the Bear River Band of the Rohnerville Rancheria, California.
