<h3>5. BASIS FOR AWARD &amp; EVALUATION METHODOLOGY (FAR 52.212-2)</h3>
<p>The Government will award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible small business offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the Government, using a <strong>Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)</strong> source selection methodology.</p>
<p>Quotes will be evaluated under the following two factors:</p>
