### Description

<p>The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk Contracting Department, BUMED/FM&amp;C Directorate intends to procure via sole-source acquisition, five (5) Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) / Emergency Medical Services (EMS) &quot;Cut Suit&quot;. which includes replacing vest with surgical vest and replacing TCCC skins with surgical skins. The requirement will also include new Blood Pumping System, which has added a pulse, multi-channel flow control, and works with the Advanced Surgical Skills Packages (ASSP). These hyper-realistic training simulators are needed to support The Naval Expeditionary Medicine Warfighter Development Center (NEMWDC)&rsquo;s training programs. <p>It is the intent of the Government to process this procurement under FAR Part 12 procedures and to ultimately award a firm fixed priced (FFP) purchase order on a sole-source basis to American 3B Scientific (STOPS Medical). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard for this procurement is 339113 and a size standard of 800 (# of employees), respectively.</p>
