<p><strong>NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE</strong></p>

<p>The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics, Strategic Acquisition Center - Frederick, intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price commercial services contract to Craig Hospital, Englewood, Colorado. The proposed contract action is authorized by 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.</p>
