In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and services necessary to perform installation and delivery of Entertainment, Equipment, and Furniture on Joint Base Andrews (JBA). Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices.&nbsp;</p>
