The NAICS Code is 541519, and the Small Business Size Standard is $34M.   This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.  Responses to the presolicitation notice can be submitted by accessing the specific notice in the PIEE Solicitation Module by 9/30/2026. All responses received by 9/30/2026 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
