<p>This is a <strong>COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION</strong> for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in <strong>FAR Part 12</strong>, <em>Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services</em>. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. <strong>PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE</strong>. <p>The RFQ number is <strong>N0060426Q4094</strong>. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through <em>Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)</em> and <em>DFARS Publication Notice 07 May 2026</em>. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. <p>NAVSUP FLC PH requests quotes for the following:</p>

<p>Extended CLIN 0001 Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary qualified personnel, supervision, tools, and equipment to perform a comprehensive inspection of the Government’s generator units:</p>

<p>Tentative Period of performance is <strong>30 September 2026</strong> with about a <strong>60-day</strong> estimated completion; Delivery Location is <strong>NRTF Lualaulei, Oahu, Hawaii</strong>.</p>

<p><strong><u>EVALUATION:</u></strong></p>

<p>Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.</p>

<p>While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on a combination of factors — a combination of price, the ability to return a complete quote (with attachments as required) based on the criteria laid out in this solicitation, the ability to meet the service timeframe, verification of being an authorized distributor of the OEM, and a determination of responsibility.</p>
