<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.</p>

<p>This requirement is being solicited as full and open with a HUBZONE price evaluation preference under NAICS 811310.</p>

<p>Potential Offerors are to provide a quote for the services IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).</p>
