### Description

HSS is establishing a centralized Security Operations Centre (SOC) to improve cybersecurity monitoring and response across the organization. They seek a co-managed service model where the Proponent collaborates with the HSS SOC team using existing tools and processes to support 24x7x365 operations. The Proponent will provide expertise in governance, threat monitoring, detection engineering, threat intelligence, threat hunting, and incident response. Additionally, the Proponent will assist in mentoring, coaching, and quality assurance for SOC operations.
