The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) plans to award a cooperative agreement to the National Association of State Workforce Agencies' Center for Employment Security Education and Research (NASWA/CESER) for the continued operation of the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Integrity Center of Excellence.
