### Description

The Northern Regional Land Office has received a Land Use Permit application from Qayaq Construction LLC for the use of approximately 5 acres of state land within DOT&PF Material Site MS 680-114-2 (133 Mile Pit) near Milepost 133 of the Elliott Highway. The site will be used as a temporary construction camp and equipment parking area to support the Elliott Highway Milepost 137-149 and Tofty/Tanana Road Emergency Repairs project. Proposed facilities include RV parking for up to 20 personnel, potable water storage, wastewater holding tanks, generators, vehicle and equipment parking, and a fuel and service area. The permit term requested is 1 year, and public comments are due by September 28, 2026.
