Pierce County Human Services Aging and Disability Resources (ADR) is seeking qualified organizations to deliver Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Nutrition Support Services for Medicaid recipients not currently receiving in-home long-term care support services (Non-LTSS Clients).

### Description

Pierce County Human Services Aging and Disability Resources is seeking qualified organizations to provide nutrition support services under the Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Program for eligible Medicaid recipients not currently receiving in-home long-term care support services. The services include Medically Tailored Meals and/or Fruit and Vegetable Provisions, which must be provided across the entire Pierce County area. Organizations must already have contracts with DSHS HCLA and/or PCHS ADR for these services to be eligible. The RFQ is open and continuous, allowing applications at any time, with the intent to qualify organizations for contract negotiation opportunities.
