<p><strong>The purpose of this amendment is to:</strong></p>

<p><strong>I. DESCRIPTION</strong><br />
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.<br />
Solicitation number FA524026Q0041 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for vehicle removal and towing services on Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam.<br />
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.</p>

<p><strong>II. CONTRACT LINE-ITEM NUMBERS (CLINS)</strong> are firm-fixed price (FFP) as shown in the attached SF1449 titled Solicitation - FA524026Q0041 and Attachment 2 - Price List.</p>

<p><strong>III. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE</strong><br />
The primary objective of this contract is to provide comprehensive commercial vehicle removal and towing services for abandoned Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs) and associated parts and Government-Owned Vehicles (GOVs) and equipment on Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam. &nbsp;<br />
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete the work as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include</p>

<p>1) Abandoned Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) and associated parts Removal: Complete wrecker and towing services for the removal of abandoned vehicles and associated parts.</p>

<p>2)&nbsp;Government-Owned Vehicle (GOV) and Equipment Removal and Transport to Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DLA-DS), Naval Base Guam (NBG): The removal and transportation of GOVs and equipment from AAFB to DLA-DS facility at NBG.</p>

<p><strong>IV. PLACE AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p><strong>Place of Performance:</strong>&nbsp;The work will be performed at AAFB and NBG, Guam.</p>

<p><strong>Period of Performance:</strong><br />
The period of performance shall occur during the ordering period of five years with a total of no more than five (5) years and six (6) months. The period of performance for any individual order shall not exceed six (6) months beyond the last day of the ordering period in which it is placed; the established rates for that ordering period shall apply to that order. In no event shall any period of performance extend more than six (6) months beyond the expiration of the final ordering period; resulting in a maximum contract lifecycle of five (5) years and six (6) months. The ordering period concludes at the end of five (5) years or when the cumulative value of all issued orders reaches the IDIQ ceiling, whichever comes first.</p>
