<p><strong>Nitrogen Cylinder and Gas Supply Services</strong></p>

<p>1.0 DISCLAIMER</p>

<p>This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS, OR BIDS. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with the submission of the information being requested.</p>

<p>2.0 BACKGROUND &amp; SCOPE</p>

<p>The United States Army Flight Training Detachment (USAFTD) Peace Vanguard in Marana, AZ, has a requirement for the recurring supply and delivery of compressed nitrogen gas.</p>

<p>The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary to provide and deliver:</p>

<ul>
	<li>
	<p>Two (2) full Standard Industrial Grade Nitrogen cylinders (Size 3K / 3,000 PSI capacity, approx. 670 FT3)</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>One (1) full Ultra-High Purity Nitrogen cylinder (Size 3K / 3,000 PSI capacity, approx. 670 FT3)</p>
	</li>
</ul>

<p>The anticipated Period of Performance is anticipated start date: 31 October 2026 through 31 December 2028.</p>

<p>3.0 KEY LOGISTICAL &amp; PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS</p>

<p>Interested vendors must be able to meet the following critical requirements:</p>

<ul>
	<li>
	<p><strong>Delivery Schedule &amp; Turnaround:</strong> The contractor must perform scheduled cylinder exchanges every six (6) months, AND be capable of providing emergency on-call cylinder swap-outs within <strong>48 hours</strong> of Government notification.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p><strong>Logistics &amp; Equipment:</strong> The Government will NOT provide forklifts or lift equipment. The contractor is 100% responsible for bringing their own cylinder dollies, hand trucks, or lift-gates to safely unload and transport the cylinders on site.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p><strong>Security Access:</strong> Contractor personnel will be escorted by Government personnel 100% of the time while on the installation. Unescorted base passes and associated AT/OPSEC online trainings will not be required.&nbsp;</p>
	</li>

<p>4.0 REQUESTED INFORMATION (CAPABILITY STATEMENT)</p>

<p>Interested and capable vendors are requested to submit a brief Capability Statement (no more than 3 pages) containing the following information:</p>

	<p><strong>Identifiers:</strong> CAGE Code and UEI number.</p>

	<p><strong>Business Size &amp; Socio-Economic Status:</strong> Please indicate your business size and any socio-economic designations (e.g., Small Business, SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, 8(a)) under NAICS Code 325120 (Industrial Gas Manufacturing).</p>

	<p><strong>Contract Vehicles:</strong> Provide your contract number if you hold an active GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) or Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that covers these items.&nbsp;</p>
