Alameda County is seeking interest from experienced firms, partnerships, or individuals to operate the Food Hub facility located at 2700 Fairmont Drive in Ashland, CA. The Food Hub serves as a business incubator for food entrepreneurs, providing commercial kitchen space and related amenities. The County aims to reinvigorate the facility to enhance local economic opportunity, provide training, and support community and commercial activities. The selected operator will be responsible for managing the facility, maintaining equipment, coordinating activities, and ensuring sustainable operations. A site tour is scheduled, and responses to this Request for Interest are due by September 18, 2026.
