Description
The U.S. Mission to the European Union (USEU), Brussels, intends to award a sole-source contract for the fabrication, delivery, and installation of custom executive office furniture. The requirement includes custom furniture designed and manufactured to match the existing architectural finishes, woodwork, dimensions, materials, and overall design character of the Executive Suite. The scope includes two sofas, four armchairs, one coffee table, and one side table, as well as delivery, assembly, installation, and final placement.
Performance will take place within the controlled-access area of the U.S. Mission to the EU. The work requires site visits, measurements, delivery coordination, and installation activities within a sensitive diplomatic facility. Contractor personnel must comply with USG/Embassy and local Belgian security procedures, access controls, escort requirements, and personnel screening requirements. Limiting access to personnel familiar with the facility and its security protocols is essential to minimize operational disruptions and reduce security risks associated with access to restricted Embassy spaces.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the requirement.
