The U.S. Air Force at Creech Air Force Base, Nevada, is seeking a contractor to replace the HVAC system in Building 225, supporting mission-critical vehicle maintenance operations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Creech Air Force Base, Nevada - Solicitation managed by Air Combat Command, 99 CONS LGC at Nellis AFB - Products/Services Requested: - Replacement of three (3) existing evaporative cooling units with three (3) new packaged HVAC units - Includes all mechanical, electrical, structural, and control system components for a fully functional HVAC system - Three (3) reinforced concrete equipment pads to support new units - Comprehensive design, demolition, installation, and commissioning services - Design services at multiple stages (35%, 65%, 95%, 100%) stamped by Nevada-licensed Professional Engineers - Demolition and removal of old units, including hazardous waste disposal - Mechanical and electrical installation, including BAS integration and new electrical runs - Structural modifications and supports as required by code - Testing, Adjusting, Balancing (TAB), commissioning, and operator training - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with NEC, IMC, IBC, UFC, and Creech AFB standards - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision - Deliverables include design packages, load calculations, TAB and commissioning reports, and as-built drawings - Project is a HUBZone set-aside under NAICS 236220 - Estimated contract value between $250,000 and $500,000 - Period of performance is 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed - No specific OEMs or part numbers are specified; selection of compliant packaged HVAC units is required - All specifications and requirements are detailed in the Statement of Work and solicitation documents

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number F3G3JF6098A001 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for B225 HVAC Replacement.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

CLIN 0001-  Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary for the HVAC Replacement at building 225 as defined in the Statement of Work.

a.  Period of Performance: 180 Calendar Days from Date of Notice to Proceed Receipt.

b.  Place of Delivery: Creech AFB, NV

c.  Inspection and Acceptance: FOB Destination

d. In accordance with R-DFARS 236.204(iii), the magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
