The U.S. Forest Service, Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests & Pawnee National Grassland, Canyon Lakes Ranger District, is seeking a contractor for comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of vault toilet facilities at high-use recreation sites. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Forest Service, Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests & Pawnee National Grassland, Canyon Lakes Ranger District - Contracting Officers Representative (COR): Curtis Landreth - Services Requested: - Cleaning, sanitizing, trash removal, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap), and pressure washing of vault and flush toilet facilities - Service covers up to 32 recreation sites, with specific cleaning schedules for 13 trailhead locations (typically twice per week for two-stall toilets) - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supplies - Cleaning occurs primarily on Thursdays between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, excluding weekends and holidays - Unique Requirements: - Year-round or seasonal cleaning as specified per site - Strict standards for cleanliness and quality assurance - Contract includes a base year plus four option years, with a possible six-month extension - Set aside for small businesses, including women-owned and HUBZone businesses - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are mentioned; only janitorial service providers are sought - No products are requested; all line items are for cleaning and maintenance services

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0063 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Vault Toilet Facility Cleaning. The Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forest, CLRD requires seasonal to year-round cleaning services for multiple vaults in support of a robust recreation program.  The CLRD offer year-round recreation opportunities and receive high use due to popularity and proximity of large population numbers along the Colorado Front Range of visitors to these recreation destinations.  The Forest Service is committed to keeping these sites clean, sanitary, and open to the public.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720- Janitorial Services.  The small business size standard is $22 Million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
