Description
This solicitation is for the supply of oils and lubricants. The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) seeks to establish a contract for call-off purchase orders on a need basis for the materiel described in the attached List of Items. The contract will be valid for five years, with no firm commitment to order any materiel. Proposals must be firm fixed price based on delivery FCA Contractors Facilities (Incoterms 2020).
