The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is initiating a procurement for advanced database software and related services to support the Multinational Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) Fleet (MMF): - Government Buyer: - NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) - LT - Multinational Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) Fleet (MMF) - OEMs and Vendors: - Oracle Corporation (OEM) - Only Oracle or authorized Oracle resellers/partners are eligible - Products/Services Requested: - 32 Oracle Database Enterprise Edition perpetual processor metric licenses (Part Number: A90611) - Oracle Software Update License & Support for Year 1 - Oracle Diagnostics Pack, Oracle Tuning Pack, and Oracle Advanced Security Option (security and management options) - Technical advisory services for deployment in a Microsoft Hyper-V environment, including licensing optimization and performance considerations - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Licenses must be compatible with a 64-core clustered infrastructure - Compliance with Oracle's licensing policies for virtualized environments - Adherence to NATO IT security and interoperability standards - Quality assurance in line with AQAP 2110 or equivalent and ISO 9001-2015 - Only Oracle or authorized Oracle resellers/partners may participate

Description

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) intends to procure ORACLE Database Enterprise Edition licenses, including associated technical support and maintenance service, to support a virtualized infrastructure hosted on a Hyper-V cluster environment. The procurement includes supply of licenses compliant with Oracle's licensing policies for virtualized environments, licensing model adapted to a 64-core clustered infrastructure, provision of software update license and support, and security and management options such as Oracle Diagnostics Pack, Oracle Tuning Pack, and Oracle Advanced Security Option. Technical advisory services related to deployment, licensing optimization, and performance considerations are also included. The licenses must be compatible with existing Microsoft Hyper-V infrastructure and comply with NATO IT security and interoperability standards.
