Description

The Lorain County Board of Commissioners is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified vendors to provide Flexible Spending Account (FSA) administration services for eligible County employees. The scope includes administration of Healthcare FSA, Limited Purpose FSA, and Dependent Care FSA programs, claims processing, debit card services, participant services, compliance support, reporting, and account management. The contract term is initially three years with optional renewals.
