Description

This solicitation is for the 2026 Fall Pavement Rehabilitation Project which includes various pavement and sidewalk works such as header and slot grinding of existing pavement, placement of asphalt base pavement, leveling course, ARHM overlay, PCC pavement and sidewalk, removal and replacement of PCC curb and gutter, curb ramps, installation of detectable warning surfaces, adjustment of water valves and manhole covers, replacement and adjustment of IEUA manhole covers and rings, installation of traffic signal loops, and other appurtenances as described in the plans and specifications. The project requires a Class "A" Contractor's License and includes a duration of 80 calendar days with an estimated value of $4,800,000. Bidders must comply with SB854 Public Works Contractor Registration Program and provide payment and performance bonds each for 100% of the bid amount upon award.
