Description
This contract involves the demolition of an existing wet pit/dry pit wastewater lift station and the construction of a new submersible wastewater lift station. The project includes installation of a water line in 32nd Ct SE, utilizing an existing overflow structure as a new wet well. Additional work includes installation of a valve vault, control panel with awning, standby generator, fence, piping, and other related infrastructure. The scope also covers approximately 510 linear feet of 6-inch diameter water main, 620 linear feet of 4-inch diameter sewer force main, 45 linear feet of 8-inch diameter storm drain, coatings, valves, connections to existing water and sewer systems, catch basins, pavement and lawn restoration, and water meters.
