Description

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for student services including enrichment, tutorials, and mentoring. The project term is from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2028, with two automatic annual renewals not to extend beyond June 30, 2030. Only approved vendors per HISD policies are authorized to engage, and a pre-proposal conference will be held virtually on June 3, 2026.
