The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement of instructional curriculum materials, supplies, and digital resources. The project term is from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with two automatic annual renewals not to extend beyond June 30, 2030. Only approved vendors who have met HISD criteria and have been awarded a contract are authorized to engage. Vendors must respond to this solicitation and submit all required documentation to be considered for approval. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on June 3, 2026.
