Description

The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified firms to design, furnish, and support a perimeter-based odor control system utilizing an odor counteractant (neutralization) chemistry at Yolo County Central Landfill. The system will serve compost processing areas, landfill leachate pond, and liquid waste/septic receiving pond. The project aims to reduce off-site odor migration during high-risk meteorological conditions using an intelligent, data-driven control strategy integrated with the County’s odor risk dashboard.
