Description

NorQuest is seeking to establish a strategic partnership with a qualified student loan service provider to deliver targeted loan-based tuition financing solutions for international students enrolled in select college level programs. The partnership aims to strengthen international recruitment outcomes, improve application to enrollment conversion rates, and support higher study permit approval rates in key target markets. The initiative will be launched as a pilot for the winter 2027 and spring 2027 intakes with an initial target of 50 funded international students across select academic programs in targeted markets. After the pilot, yearly targets by program and target market will be proposed by NorQuest and agreed upon by the successful loan service provider.
