Description
The State of Vermont, through the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), is seeking proposals to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide comprehensive drivers license and identification card production services. This includes printing, secure mailing of credentials, interfacing with VT TRIPS via an API, design and development of credential formats with ongoing security enhancements, and provision of qualified personnel. The contract period includes an implementation phase plus five years of operation with an optional five-year extension, starting January 1, 2027. The State prefers a fixed-price, cost-per-card-issued pricing model but will consider alternatives.
