Description

The City of Houston is seeking qualified respondents to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary for the renovation and repair of Jamail Skate Park. The scope includes removal and replacement of shade structures, concrete paving, and a concrete seat wall; installation of site furnishings and a new drinking fountain; resetting of pavers; tree protection and pruning; and traffic control measures. Additionally, the project involves renovation and repair of the skate area including pavement, coping, joint repairs, repainting metal components, installation of a slappy curb, and surfacing repairs such as grinding, patching, crack repair, power washing, and application of a densifier/sealer. All work must comply with applicable ordinances and standards to achieve Substantial Completion as defined in the contract documents.
