Description

The City of San Bernardino is seeking proposals from experienced development teams for the acquisition and catalytic development of the approximately 0.5099-acre F Street Site located in Downtown San Bernardino. This project represents a rare opportunity to deliver a transformative development aligned with the City's goals for economic development, urban revitalization, and placemaking. The selected developer will enter into an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement to define the project scope, address entitlement and infrastructure needs, conduct community engagement, and negotiate final deal terms for a Disposition and Development Agreement.
