Walworth County Finance Department is seeking proposals for software solutions to improve financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes. - Buyer: Walworth County Finance Department - OEMs and Vendors: No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to all qualified providers - Products and Services Requested: - Accounting/Financial Software (bookkeeping, billing, invoicing, budgeting, payroll, taxes) - Business Software (agenda, labels, mail list, planning, scheduling) - Database Software - Applications Software for mainframes and servers - Systems and Executive Software for mainframes and servers - Software Maintenance and Support Services (including updates and data hosting) - Computer Support Services (including warranties) - Notable Requirements: - Proposals may cover one or multiple solution categories - Technical proposals and completed questionnaires required - Only respondents will be invited to demonstrate their solutions - Flexibility to propose alternate solutions with unique technical proposals - The County may award a single comprehensive solution or multiple solutions from different vendors, depending on submissions.

Description

Walworth County is seeking to implement a software solution or solutions to support and enhance department processes for financial reporting, operating budget reporting, capital budget production, and strategic plan production for the Walworth County Finance Department. The County may consider a single solution for all categories or may make awards to multiple proposers. Only proposers responding to this SS-RFP will be invited to participate in the demonstration phase of this process. The solicitation includes submission of a technical proposal and a questionnaire attachment.
