Description

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses on behalf of the Oklahoma Broadband Office from potential suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase, installation, maintenance, and operations of telehealth pods with IT installation. These telehealth pods will be delivered to libraries within the State of Oklahoma that have ordered these pods through the Oklahoma Broadband Office. The contract term is a one-time purchase beginning July 1st, 2026 until December 31st, 2026, with ideal delivery by September 30th, 2026. The bid will be evaluated based on price, past performance, mandatory requirements, response to specifications, and non-mandatory requirements.
