Description

The City of Whitehorse is inviting bids from qualified vendors experienced in municipal water utility construction to decommission an existing off-line fire hydrant and install a new on-line fire hydrant at 308 Hoge Street, Whitehorse, Yukon. The existing hydrant is connected to two services that will be decommissioned due to residential demolition. The project scope includes hydrant replacement, connection to the water main, and associated civil works to bring the hydrant fully online according to City standards. The purpose of this Request for Tender is to obtain the best price for the project based on the pricing set out in the Schedule of Quantities and Prices.
