Description

NCTD is seeking quotes for on-call, as needed, temporary staffing services to support NCTD programs, projects, and services. The employees will work at various locations including NCTD’s General Administration Office, Tremont Building, Oceanside Transit Center, Escondido Transit Center, or other project sites. Multiple contracts are anticipated, categorized into three groups: Administrative/General, Financial, and Information Technology. Contracts will be awarded based on ranking proposal evaluation scores, with initial orders determined accordingly. The contract duration is three years with an optional two-year extension.
