Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) invites prospective proponents to submit proposals for consulting services related to providing policy framework support on an as, if and when requested basis. The selected proponent will assist WCB in strengthening its overall policy framework to ensure processes are clear, consistent, transparent, and aligned with legislative responsibilities. The work aims to modernize and improve consistency and clarity, enhance engagement with internal and external stakeholders, and includes improving policy processes, benchmarking against leading practices, enhancing governance and capacity, and providing an implementation roadmap.
