The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is seeking bids for materials and services to support a Division 3 Bridge Maintenance project in Sampson County. - Government Buyer: - North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), Division 3 Bridge Maintenance - Products and Quantities: - 48 linear feet of 90 Aluminum 3x1 Corrugated Pipe with fully welded flanged joints and gaskets - Includes: 15.92" tall x 45" long inlet headwall, 16.17" tall x 40.5" long outlet headwall, and two wing walls (various heights, 4.5' long) - 2 rolls of TX-160 Tensar Geogrid or functional equivalent (tie-back lengths designed to be out of the paved roadway) - Services Requested: - Assembly and installation oversight of the aluminum pipe with headwalls - Vendor must provide initial and final assembly, be on-site for at least four days to oversee installation and backfilling, supply all necessary hand/power tools, and complete assembly within three working days of agreed dates - Notable Requirements: - Delivery and assembly at Sampson County Bridge Maintenance, 216 North Blvd., Clinton, NC - Delivery must be completed within 30 consecutive calendar days after receipt of purchase order - All assembly must be completed within three working days of agreed assembly dates - 2 rolls of geogrid may be substituted with a functional equivalent - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; TX-160 Tensar Geogrid is referenced as a standard or equivalent - All bids must be submitted electronically through the North Carolina Electronic Vendor Portal
