Description

The School Board of Seminole County is issuing this Request for Qualifications to select an Architectural/Engineering team to provide full design and construction administration services for the Milwee Middle School Renovation Project. The procurement is pursuant to Chapter 1013, Florida Statutes; the Florida Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act, Section 287.055 Florida Statutes; State Requirements for Educational Facilities; Rule 6A-2.0010, Florida Administrative Code; and School Board Policy. The project involves architectural and engineering services including design and construction administration.
