Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for providing Lead Inspection Services for the Township of Millburn from 2026 to 2029. The program includes all work necessary to comply with P.L. 2021, Chapter 182; N.J.A.C. 5:28A; and Chapter 9 of the Millburn municipal code. The contract covers residential rental units only and aims to implement a lead-based paint hazard inspection program in compliance with state laws. The contract duration is one year starting July 1, 2026, with options to renew for two additional one-year periods at the Township's discretion. Proposals must be submitted by June 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM local prevailing time.
