This Request for Standing Offer (BPS) is for the provision of Aviation Services on an as, if and when requested basis. These Aviation AdHoc Services will be used for emergency and disaster response operations performed by BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) and for transportation of organs and BC Transplant medical staff wherever needed.
