The University of Kansas (KU) is soliciting electronic bids from qualified suppliers to provide on-call tree removal and stump grinding services across university-owned properties including KU-Lawrence, KU-Edwards, KU-Medical Center, and Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center. The awarded suppliers will provide labor, equipment, supervision, and materials necessary to safely and efficiently remove trees, grind stumps, and restore affected areas. The contract period is three years with two one-year optional renewals, and pricing should be locked for 12 months with limited annual increases. Multiple suppliers will be awarded to meet the needs of all campus properties.
