The City of Pasadena Water & Power Department is seeking a contractor for utility and miscellaneous street repairs across specified city locations. - Government Buyer: - City of Pasadena, Water & Power Department (Water) - Products/Services Requested: - Permanent wearing course asphalt concrete pavement (D2-PG 64-10 or C2-PG 64-10) - Furnish and install per City of Pasadena Standard Drawing S-416, including tack coat - Re-striping paid separately - Permanent asphalt rubber hot mix (ARHM-GG-C) - Furnish and install per City of Pasadena Standard Drawing S-416, including tack coat - Re-striping paid separately - Permanent Portland cement concrete pavement (Class 520 A 2500) - Furnish and install per City of Pasadena Standard Drawing S-417, including sawcutting, removal and disposal of existing pavement, installation of joints, reinforcement, dowels, and steel plating - Re-striping paid separately - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with City of Pasadena standard drawings and specifications - Compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including ADA and environmental regulations, is mandatory - Work assignments, locations, and dimensions will be specified by the Water and Power Engineer - Bids evaluated based on lowest grand total price - All required forms and attachments must be submitted electronically via the Pasadena eProcurement portal - Period of Performance: - Initial contract is for one year with possible extensions

Description

This solicitation is for furnishing and delivering utility and miscellaneous street repairs as specified by the Water and Power Engineer. Work orders will specify locations, types of work, and dimensions or limits of the required work. The contract includes installation of asphalt concrete pavement, asphalt rubber hot mix, and Portland cement concrete pavement according to City of Pasadena standards.
