Description

Leduc County is undertaking a phased interior renovation of approximately 7,400 sq. ft. on the second floor of the Leduc County Centre to align and complement existing second floor renovations completed in 2025. Arcadis will serve as the Prime Consultant, leading the design team and coordinating architectural and engineering services in collaboration with TWS as the engineering subconsultant. The project delivery model engages a Construction Manager under a CCDC 5B Construction Management Contract to provide pre-construction services including constructability, phasing, and cost estimating, supporting construction document development. Work will be planned to minimize disruption in the occupied office environment. Upon completion of construction documents and final cost estimate, the contract may transition to a CCDC 2 – Stipulated Price Contract for the construction phase if approved and within budget.
