The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Office of Procurement has a requirement for armed court security guard services for the following Federal Judicial Circuits:
1st Circuit – Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico 3rd Circuit – Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virgin Islands 4th Circuit – Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia 5th Circuit – Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas 8th Circuit – Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska
The period of performance is five years, which includes a base period of twelve (12) months and four one-year option periods, as well as an option for a six-month extension.
