L’ARTM et le RTL recherchent une entreprise possédant l’expérience, l’expertise et la capacité pour mener à bien les activités d’entretien préventif et correctif pour des Systèmes de technologies de l'information (STI) déployés sur le territoire de l’agglomération de Longueuil. Le contrat comprend la fourniture d’un service à la clientèle à deux volets, des services d’entretien préventif, correctif et d’amélioration, ainsi que la gestion des actifs, des inventaires et des configurations. Le contrat est de nature technique, avec une durée initiale de 36 mois renouvelable pour un total de 60 mois incluant les options.
