Description

This solicitation is for the replacement and upgrade of the existing parking access and revenue control system (PARCS) infrastructure and associated equipment at Portland International Airport. The work includes providing, integrating, testing, and commissioning new parking revenue control equipment such as entry and exit stations, vehicle gates, pay-on-foot kiosks, dynamic message signs, cameras, and associated communication, power, and control systems. It also involves software configuration, ancillary system features and integrations, system testing, operator training, and all related work to ensure a fully operational, reliable, and modernized PARCS. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Port's online bidding system by June 17, 2026, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 2, 2026.
