Description
This solicitation is for the replacement and upgrade of the existing parking access and revenue control system (PARCS) infrastructure and associated equipment at Portland International Airport. The work includes providing, integrating, testing, and commissioning new parking revenue control equipment such as entry and exit stations, vehicle gates, pay-on-foot kiosks, dynamic message signs, cameras, and associated communication, power, and control systems.
