The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, is conducting market research for the repair and renovation of Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (POL) Operations and Fuel Facilities at Building 194, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District (NWO) - Scope of Work: - Renovation and repair of Building 194 to support Fuel Support Command, Fuels Management, and Auxiliary operations - Construction of a Type C++ Fuels laboratory, including laboratory, workstations, office areas, and restrooms - Upgrades to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, mass notification, and life safety systems - Replacement of water heating, electrical, and communications systems - Full building upgrades for fire protection and data communications - Services Requested: - Provision and implementation of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) - All necessary equipment certifications and licensure - Quality control and project management personnel, including: - Level Two Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) per EM 385-1-1 - QC Manager with at least 10 years combined experience (5 years as QC Manager on similar projects) - Project Superintendent with at least 8 years construction experience (5 years as superintendent on similar projects) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Experience with petroleum facility renovations and laboratory equipment installations - Compliance with UFGS, NFPA, and UFC standards - Small businesses must meet subcontracting limitations - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are identified in the notice or attachments - Place of Performance: - Robins Air Force Base, Georgia (Building 194)
