DESCRIPTION:

NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas (Guam) has a requirement for professional cybersecurity training in support of Joint Region Marianas (JRM) in Guam. JRM personnel must be fully qualified under the Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF), in accordance with DoD Manual 8140.03. This training is essential for developing and maintaining a highly qualified cadre of certified information security professionals to protect critical information systems. The primary objective is to deliver a five-day, instructor-led CISSP certification training and refresher course for twenty (20) students. The course must effectively prepare students to pass the ISC2 CISSP certification exam and equip them with the knowledge to implement and manage enterprise security programs.

The contractor shall provide a complete, turn-key training solution. This includes providing a qualified instructor, all course materials, necessary equipment, exam vouchers, and associated services required to conduct the training at a government-provided facility. The course must cover the most current version of the ISC2 CISSP Common Body of Knowledge (CBK).

The anticipated period of performance is five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, from 0800 to 1600. The specific week will be scheduled for August 2026 upon contract award and coordination with the Government POCs.

The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract on or about 3 JUNE 2026.
