Description

Work consists of the renovation of an existing bathroom in the CMR to improve acesibility and make it ADA/ABA compliant.  The objective is to deliver a safe, functional and accesible bathroom within an exiting footprint, incorporating life-safety features, accesssibility improvements, and durable high-quality finishes.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract.

In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999), all contractors must be bonded and possess all permits and licenses required to do business in Spain. All offerors will be required to provide proof that they already possess said permits as part of their offer.
