The U.S. Marine Corps, through Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1) at Marine Corps Air Facility Quantico, VA, is seeking a small business contractor for a preventive maintenance agreement covering eight Vantage utility vehicles. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps, Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1), Marine Corps Air Facility Quantico, managed by the Regional Contracting Office at MCINCR-MCB Quantico - OEMs and Vendors: - Vantage (manufacturer of Primo and Mini Truck utility vehicles) - Products/Services Requested: - Preventive maintenance and repair services for eight Vantage utility vehicles (6 Primo, 2 Mini Truck models) - Services include scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, emergency repairs, and documentation - All repairs must use OEM or OEM-equivalent parts - Contractor must provide all labor, tools, and transportation - Maintenance to be performed Monday through Friday, 0800-1600, excluding federal holidays - Strict response times and documentation requirements - Contractor personnel must obtain DBIDS credentials for base access and comply with security protocols - Quantities and Part Numbers: - 6 Vantage Primo utility vehicles - 2 Vantage Mini Truck utility vehicles - Preventive Maintenance Agreement (Base + 4 option years), part numbers: 0001 (base), 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001 (options) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Set aside 100% for small businesses (including SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone) - Work performed at Marine Corps Air Facility Quantico and associated buildings - Coordination with Fleet Marine Force Atlantic for delivery and performance - Compliance with base access and security protocols - Use of OEM or OEM-equivalent parts is mandatory

This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business concerns for preventive maintenance for utility vehicles. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract consisting of a base period plus four (4) option periods.
